Cancellation conditions
The customer can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The customer will be charged the full amount if they cancel within 7 days of arrival.
If you are renting multiple apartments, a 50% deposit will be charged 3 months prior to your arrival date at the Château. The balance will be charged 1 week before arrival. For bookings made less than 1 week before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged. Tourist tax is mandatory and will be collected with the final payment.
In case of cancellation:
Up to 3 weeks before the start date of your stay, you will be reimbursed for your deposit (50%).
Your deposit will not be refunded up to 2 weeks before the start of your stay.
Less than 1 week before your stay, the total amount of your reservation will not be refunded.
Prepayment conditions
Château Côte de Nacre pre-authorizes customers' credit cards before the free cancellation deadline.
In the event that, for whatever reason (objection, refusal by the issuing bank, etc.), the debiting of the sums owed by the Client proves impossible, the reservation will be immediately cancelled. The Client will then be informed by email at the address provided by the Client when making the reservation on the website.
Right of withdrawal
No fees are charged for reservations cancelled 24 hours after booking.

Arrival and departure times
Arrival between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM
Departure between 8:30 and 10:30
Payments can be made by card or cash.
The rates for furnished apartments include the provision of linen, cleaning service upon departure, secure private parking, access to the swimming pool, unlimited internet access, consumables such as coffee, tea, sugar, cleaning products, soap and shampoo.
To help you travel light, we provide a travel cot, duvet, pillow, sheets, plates, cutlery, high chair, toys, baby bath, and booster seat. Please let me know what you might need.
